If for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 28 days, starting from the day you receive the goods. Customer pays for postage when returning goods. Your money will be refunded within 10 working days onto the credit/debit card used to pay for the original order (or credited to the PayPal account if paid with PayPal balance). Postage fees will not be reimbursed when returning unwanted goods.
Before sending goods back to us, your return must be authorized. Please complete an online product return form to request an RMA number, located at the bottom of this website in “customer care” section, or click here for returns form. Alternatively, you can let us know you are returning goods by sending us an e-mail to: email@example.com
If you do not contact us and/or send an item back to us without return authorization, we cannot guarantee your parcel can be located or accepted.

Please note: when returning an item, it needs to be in its original packaging and must be new, unworn, undamaged, all tags and labels must be intact. All goods are inspected on return and we have the right to reject a return if it is apparent that the item has been worn, damaged, washed, etc. or tags and labels removed.
If it is not possible to use original postal packaging to send goods back, please use adequate packaging to protect goods from getting damaged in transit. And it is recommended that you request proof of postage.

Please take extra care when trying on lingerie. Please make sure bottom part of a lingerie product (teddy, lingerie sets, etc.) is tried on over your own underwear. Please avoid lipstick, make-up, body lotions, perfume coming in contact with the product you are trying on.
If you are exchanging an item, standard delivery is free on your first exchange, however any subsequent exchanges will be charged at our normal delivery rates.
If you have received a wrong product or if the product is faulty. Return the item to us and you will get a full refund or it can be exchanged for another product. In this case if you choose a refund the cost of postage will be reimbursed as well.
